A1: please kindly adjust the focus distance , this wifi endoscope the best Observation is 4-10 cm , when you Observation please do not move the lens and this endoscope with 8 LED lights , when you used area is dark , please adjust the led lights to the max !
Q2: Why open the APP ,did not have any picture ?
A2: please kindly noted when scan QR code download APP choose right version ,for iphone choose IOS , for smartphone cellphone choose Android version . also please kindly confrim if connected success wifi !
Q3: what is the long distance on wifi can be connected ?

Q4 : does this endoscope can used on water ?
A4: this can support used on water , the time generally support 10-15 mintues , we suggest used on water used a waterproof cap .and this waterproof cap did not with glass ,itself proudct with glass on the lens , if on waterproof cap with glass , will cause picture not clear , hope you are clear !
