Q: Why alarm system can not read my SIM card?
A: Please charge your battery at first, and then start your system.
Q: Can we control system by phone app?
A: After system connect to wifi router, you can control it by phone app.
Q: Does the alarm system can be control by dailing or SMS?
A: No. When system alarm, you can receive alarm SMS and phone calling, but dailing or SMS can not control system. Only support APP remote control after connect to wifi.
