Refund & Return
1. All the crafts are handmade so flaws are inevitable. Please understand that is not quality issue.
2. If the item arrives to you broken, please contact us immediately, we’ll help you solve the problem perfectly.
3. If you simply don’t want the item your ordered and want to return, please contact us & return it within 5 work days. Buyers pay the return fees.(suggestion: make the package as small as possible, shipping fee $50 below). We’ll refund your money once we receive the item you returned.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time(45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
