II. Operation instruction
When the device’power is on, the redand greenLED indicatorsare always on.
1). 433MHz remote control
433MHz remote control matching: Press the D8 button on the side once, the green LED indicator flashes continuously. Now press the 433MHz remote controlkey fob that needs to be matched to the device, and then press the D8 button onceagain to complete the setting. (Could matchmax 30pcs 433MHz remote key fobs at the same time. The remote sensing distance is about 20 meters.)
Jog mode: Find the red DIP switch on theside, push its white slide switch to N position.
Interlock mode: Find the red DIP switch on theside, push its white slide switch to L position. (This function is not applicable tosingle-button remote controlkey fob)
Delete all remote control matching data: Long press the D8 button on theside until the green LED indicator is always on and the buzzer beeps for a long time.
2) Tuya APP operation
(1). Search and download TuyaSmart APP from APP store / APP market.
(2) Register for an account with your mobile phone number and login.
(3) Network settings.
After the device is powered on, press and hold the D5 button on the side, wait for the red light indicator to flash, and then release it. Now, it is in network setting state.
Turn on WiFi and Bluetooth of the mobile phone-----Tap "+”Add Device on the "Home" interface of the APP-----Choose "Auto Scan" in the header-----Input the Wi-Fi name and password of the networkyou want to set----Wait for connection---Network setting is successful (Red LED indicatorbecomes always on).
Share device: Tap the successfully connected device to enter thesetting page---Tap the pencil icon in upper right corner---TapShareDevice---TapAdd sharing---Share the device via mobile phone number, WeChat, email, etc..

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time(45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve receive you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
